The Point of View Park is located on the edge of Mt. Washington on the westernmost end of Grand View Scenic Byway Park. The Park is famously named for a public bronze sculpture by James A. West. For those that have not seen it, the sculpture features George Washington and the Seneca leader Guyasuta, with their weapons down. The two men met here in October 1770, where Washington was exploring more land along the Ohio River to settle. The statue was debuted in the park in 2006.
