Another update from Councilwoman Theresa Kail Smith: PWSA IS REPLACING A 6-INCH WATER VALVE AT THE INTERSECTION OF PROSPECT STREET AND HALPIN STREET Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) is replacing a 6-inch water main at the intersection of Prospect Street and Halpin Street in Mount Washington. We will be hosting 2 open meetings to discuss the Shiloh Street Gateway project. One on Tuesday, February 10 at 6 PM and a repeat on Monday, February 16 at 8:30 AM here in our 301 Shiloh Street offices. The Shiloh Street Gateway was first described in the 2008 Shiloh Street Vision Plan and we are now ready to proceed with the final designs and creation of the construction documents.
